MX Addressable I/O Modules and Peripherals
Provides addressable input/output points for connection to external devices
Designed for customers in ANZ, Autocall MX loop-powered enhances the Autocall MX range and expand the capabilities of the system.
- Three supervised Class B independent inputs enable monitoring of either N.O. or N.C. contacts
- Outputs are two separate Form C (dry/volt-free) latching relay contacts rated 2 A @ 24 VDC
- Inputs and outputs are individually monitored and controlled by system programming
Broaden the reach of your addressable fire detection system
The Autocall MX interface enables a powerful loop‑powered architecture that supports MX‑based sensors, notification appliances, and peripherals, delivering a high level of capability and installation flexibility within Autocall systems.
Multiple I/O Modules using MX Technology provide individually addressable input/output capability with flexible monitoring of three inputs and control of two outputs, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. Each module communicates with an MX Loop Module within the host fire alarm control unit.
Typical applications include monitoring fire protection contacts and controlling auxiliary functions such as extinguishing system activation, ventilation shutdown, and fire door control. All inputs operate independently, and the Form‑C output contacts are dry/volt‑free for compatibility with various field devices.
Features
- Loop-powered, addressable module:Power, control, and supervision of the callpoints are delivered via a single loop, reducing wiring, and simplifying installation.
- Appealing design: A low profile and sleek contoured design help the devices blend into a facility’s environment.
- Agency approvals: Sensors meet stringent UL, AS 7240, and NZS 4512 requirements
Benefits
