Alerting Occupants With Precision During Emergencies

TrueAlert non-addressable multi-tone horns and horn/strobes provide critical audible notification to occupants during emergencies. These appliances feature seven selectable tones, including a 520Hz tone that meets NFPA 72 requirements for certain sleeping areas and is proven by research to be more effective at waking occupants. Each tone has a high and low decibel (dBA) setting and strobes can be set at candela ratings from 15 to 185. Programming can be done through the control unit, eliminating the need to go to each appliance or set manually at the device. The combination of available tones and patterns makes possible 19 selectable alert and warning sounds. 520Hz Horn, Broadband Horn, Bell, and High/Low tones can be used to produce Temporal, March Time, or a Continuous tone. Slow Whoop, Siren, and Chime support Continuous tone.
